Headquartered on the outskirts of the capital city of Bridgetown at 1 Culloden Road, St. Michael, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade of Barbados comprises the Foreign Affairs Division, the Foreign Trade Division, Overseas Missions, Consulates and Honorary Consulates.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade is Senator the Hon. Maxine McClean.

Ms. Teresa A. Marshall, Permanent Secretary, Foreign Affairs Division, is the chief foreign policy advisor to the Minister and administers the business of the Foreign Affairs Division.  Mr. Samuel Chandler, Permanent Secretary, Foreign Trade Division, is the chief foreign trade advisor to the Minister, and administers the work of the Foreign Trade Division.
