The Government of Barbados in its attempt to diversify its economy and markets, is looking to further improve its export of goods and services, as well as investments, in both traditional and non-traditional market places.

Barbados is therefore seeking to forge deeper trade and investment relations with Guyana. To this end, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade has organized a series of presentations on the potential investment and trade opportunities in Guyana, in order to ensure that Barbadians are aware of these new opportunities and remain well positioned to take advantage of such. This public event is scheduled to take place at 10:00 a.m. July 12th, 2019 at the Cave Hill School of Business. Presentations will be made by:
• The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade
• The Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security
• The Consulate of the Republic of Guyana
• The Barbados Investment and Development Corporation
• The Caribbean Institute of Certified Management Consultants
• The Barbados Coalition of Service Industries
